Terms & Conditions
GENERAL
• The artist has the right to decline a commission request.
• No refunds! If the client cancelled has cancelled the services while the artwork is in process, the refund request is automatically reclined.
• The artist will draw only digital and in my art style only.
• I can draw Fanart, Original Character, NSFW Content, Gore content, curly hair, tan skin, LGBTQIA+, and Kemonomimi.
• I can't Draw Loli, shouta, fully detailed Mecha and Anthro.
• For nsfw, I do not accept hard core lewd content and no in real life references.ADDITIONAL FEES
• There is additional fee for extra services (such as extra props, accessories, additional person, etc.)
• Take note that there is rush fees.
• There is $50 fees in NDAsPAYMENTS
• Client has to pay half (50%) as down payment.
• The client also has the option to full (100%) payment.
• Outside VGen, I require full payment upfront for security of commission
• Client has to pay the 50% platform fee (paypal or vgen)Take note that there is rush fees in different commission services. Once your piece is completed, the final artwork will be delivered through sent to the email address you’ve provided.REFUNDS
All payments are considered final and non-refundable once sent and confirmed.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Please note that my commission queue is not strictly first come, first serve. I work on each piece based on complexity, deadlines, and my personal workflow to ensure the best quality and efficient turnaround. Please state a specific date if needed, commission work takes 7 days to 16 days, more or less depending to the details of the drawing.IMPORTANT FOR ARTIST’S PROTECTION: CLIENT(s) cannot dispute a transaction or IS NOT ALLOWED TO CHARGE-BACK commission is completed and sent for final delivery,USE
1. Personal Use - if you can use the artwork for personal things like wallpapers. Do not sell, redistribute, or use it for commercial purposes.
2. Monetization Fee - it is only for online or digital content by content creators who are earning revenue for anything that will be posted and share online.
3. Commercial Use - the artist has no longer rights through the artwork, use if the commission is for commercial use (e.g. selling, advertising, or merchandise), let me know beforehand. Commercial use requires my permission and 100 USD fee.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS & CREDITS
• The artist will ask the client for permission to post the commissioned art through social platforms.
• The client has the right to refuse.
• The artist still retain legal rights in the copyright ownership of the commissioned art for portfolio purposes but has no right to sell.
• I’d really appreciate it if you credit or tag me whenever you post the commissioned artwork—no matter where you share it!COMMUNICATION

You're welcome to request updates and WIP (Work-in-Progress) screenshots at any point during the process. While I do provide updates during the sketch, line art, and rendering phases, I might forget to send additional WIPs unless prompted.You can check out my links provided at home!
5 Commission Process
1/5 SETTING UP
- Still in process of communicating and unsettled payment2/5 DRAFT SKETCH
- this will be started after settling payment, please make sure to be SPECIFIC to your request (e.g. poses, details, materials, color) as much as possible, send a reference to all matters you wanted to be included.
- You can request at least 3 major revision3/5 LINE ART
- Once draft sketch is approved
- you can request up to 3 changes only.4/5 RENDERING PROCESS
- 50% of payment should be completed (if only in 50% down payment agreement)
- No more changes in the line art or details in this stages, can request changes in lightings or colors.5/5 POLISHING & APPROVAL
- Settling the agreement or the completion of artwork and for final delivery.
- Can request minor changes only (ex. small details to add, color adjustments, etc.)IMPORTANT FOR ARTIST’S PROTECTION: CLIENT(s) cannot dispute a transaction or IS NOT ALLOWED TO CHARGE-BACK commission is completed and sent for final delivery.
